The ceilings are high creating a feel of space. There is a roomy ensuite bathroom here and an adequate bespoke hand made walk in closet. The king-sized bed is more than comfortable with both ceiling lights and his and her stylish hanging reading lights. Not bad for your guests!

There is a small corridor leading to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with access to the back of the property. There are windows all the way which give light and a view of the nature to the neighboring property. The 2nd bedroom is currently utilized as an office, however it has built in storage and of course, the large sliders leading to the pool. This is a great place to have those all important zoom meetings, work in peace or, of course turn it into a comfortable 3rd bedroom. The bathroom servicing this bedroom is just down the hall.

The master bedroom. As you enter the outside pool area grabs your attention immediately and also offers plenty of light. Again, we have high ceilings, a ceiling fan, a spacious ensuite bathroom with stylish quartz counters and a bespoke hand made full wall-length built in closet for storage and clothes. The stylish his and her reading lights are again featured here in this bedroom.

Outside of the home, there is a BBQ area under the front porch adjacent to the outdoor dining area complete with ceiling fans to keep you cool. There is an area for sun loungers on the opposite side of the pool and open parking. Next to the parking area is one of my favorite features, the tropical outdoor shower screened by natural banana leaves.
