Unlike owning a single family home, Amanpuri doesn’t require you to trim hedges, or clean gutters. That's all taken care of by the association. This isn’t traditional condo-style living either. At Amanpuri you share your property with only five other units, all tastefully arranged, so you may forget they’re even there.

From the outside, the first thing that will strike you, past the guarded entrance, is the pool area. Elegantly trimmed with fauna, lush and tropical, the pool offers room to just relax or do laps if that’s your preference. You’ll find deck chairs, a shower, and of plenty space to stretch out.

Up the stairs, or the elevator [yes, elevator] is unit three–your new home. Inside the front door you will have two thoughts: “comfortable,” and “spacious.” The ceilings are all solid wood, the floors ceramic tile, and the rest is made from stone, wood, and iron.

The full-size kitchen has a counter big enough to accommodate your extended family. The more formal table behind it is just as long. Stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinetry, and granite surfaces adorn this culinary lab. If you’re not already a chef you may be inspired to learn.

Past the dining table is an open concept living space. Flop into the couch, or take a seat in one of the chairs, and turn on your favorite TV show. This furniture was designed for comfort, style, and quality. Don't expect to get up soon after relaxing here.

If you're tired your bedrooms are just down the hall, furnished, and comfortable with ceiling fans.

Sublimely decorated, the bedrooms are accompanied by two bathrooms, and are spacious. One is a single king, and the other two queens, so you can comfortably sleep six.

If you haven’t seen enough you can head out to your private patio overlooking the sea, or get a better view on your rooftop deck. The sun sets from both, and both come amply furnished, so you choose. Playa Langosta offers the best sunsets for this area, and you'll have box seats to the show.

Amanpuri has a reputation for quality construction and exceptional attention to details. Longosta is well known to be the more reticent neighborhood of Tamarindo. The beach of Langosta is placid, offers great surfing at high tide, and long stretches of beach to walk unadulterated.

The both of you were fantastic with us throughout the property search and purchase process. As we had mentioned, two other attempts to find thorough, attentive, responsive agents to work with in Tamarindo were failures. I expect that we are more work to deal with than many others as we asked a lot of thorough and analytical questions and expected responses to all of them. You two never failed to deliver. The organization and execution of our condo shopping trip in January was excellent and the fact that you two devoted 2 full days to us, around our schedule, to get this deal done was key to our success.
