It was just another Wednesday on April 18th, 1906. At 5:12 in the morning the San Andreas fault ruptured in the heart of the city, a massive earthquake. It only lasted one minute. San Francisco burned for three days. In the weeks that followed, Mr. Coldwell did not like what he witnessed with sales associates acquiring properties from vulnerable sellers and greedily reselling properties at a huge profit.
He immediately saw a need for honest real estate professionals, who were empowering, and knowledgeable. Coldwell then formed his own company. Benjamin Banker, was there as the company grew. He was invited to join Coldwell on his mission. Ben Banker soon became his partner. Who is that man on the airplane who graciously gave up his seat?
Richard is the founder of several companies involved
in luxury real estate development, and Property Management
in Costa Rica and Ibiza, Spain.
He is a yacht skipper and avid sailor, always happiest
when he is on the water and sharing the passion by
offering yachts for charter and sale to clients.
For over 15 years in Costa Rica he has built a track record
in luxury property development and sales. Many
second home buyers are looking to generate income
when they are not in residence, so they often opt for
the ancillary services of remodeling, property management
and vacation rentals through his latest company, VIP Tamarindo.
Richard is a British citizen, and has lived in
Costa Rica & Ibiza for 20 years.
He is increasingly involved in the cryptocurrency space.
He has been visiting Ibiza since 1993 and considers it

opened a new office in Ibiza in 2018, bringing a wealth
