High Season: $1,100 p/night / $7,700/week
Easter/Thanksgiving: $1,300 per night // $9,100/week
Holidays: $2,000 per night // $14,000/week
Low Season: $800 p/night // $5,600/week
Green Season: $550 p/night // $3,850/week
+$250 cleaning fee
+13% IVA (taxes)
+2000 damage deposit fee
