WOW! There simply aren't enough complimentary words in the English language to explain how wonderful Katy and Larry have been to work with! We have bought and sold many homes, but never internationally. While it is quite a streamlined process in Costa Rica, Katy and Larry made it even MORESO! Katy is one of those people that, before you even THINK of something you need she already has it done...to perfection! Buying and selling always creates some confusion and uncertainty, especially in a country where you've not done business. Katy and Larry stay cool and calm while offering solid, wise solutions to every possible hiccup! They were our constant companions through every step of the process! The extra steps they went through to make sure all details were attended to were unbelievable! We not only feel we had the best realtors on the planet but we consider them friends who we look forward to talking with and seeing when we go back to visit!
